STALLS AND HOOKUPS
 
NO Tie Out or Pens DURING STATE FINALS!
  • YOU WILL BE PARKED THIS YEAR! IF YOU PARK YOURSELF, YOU WILL BE MOVED. Please make sure you put the length of your Trailer if it is really long. All Stalls will also be assigned.
  • There will be people in charge of helping park everyone and directing you to your stalls.

EVERYTHING MUST BE RESERVED!

PAYMENT MUST BE MADE ONLINE IF YOU ARE STAYING AT THE FAIRGROUNDS- You will pay with a Credit Card online when you RESERVE!

Reservations for the Colorado State Finals Rodeo will open Tuesday May 7, 2024 5:30 pm through Monday, May 13, 2024  5:00 pm.

The earliest arrival for State Finals access is Wednesday May 22 @ 3:00 pm. 

Everything must be reserved - dry camping or hookup. If you come before 8 am on Thursday you need to buy the add-on night for your hookup and stalls. .

RV Hookups - $80.00 Thursday thru Monday (If you come on Wednesday or before 8 a.m. on Thursday you need to buy and extra night $20)

Covered Stalls - $125.00 ($50.00 back when you clean stalls) Thursday thru Monday (If you come on Wednesday or before 8 a.m. on Thursday, you need to purchase an add on night $10)

Outside Stalls - $100.00 ($50.00 back when you clean stalls) Thursday thru Monday (If you come on Wednesday or before 8 a.m. on Thursday, you need to purchase an add on night $10)

DRY CAMPING WILL ALSO BE RESERVED!: $125 ($100 is the Deposit) If your area is clean, you will get $100 back!.

Bring your own shaving for stalls!

Members must be checked in with the office before the meeting starts.

4:00-6:00 p.m. – Meet and Greet– Celebrity Match Roping and Barrel Race

7:00 p.m. – Concert Josh Ward Headliner – Jarrod Morris opening – Indoor Arena Moffat County Fairgrounds

7:45 p.m. – CSHSRA Fundraising Auction (Between the Entertainment Acts) Limited to 5 LIVE auction items and 20-ish minutes – Prize drawings by artists to keep concert crowd onsite as well.

  1. 10 rodeos
    All of your All-Around Points Count
    3. 1st Go is Worth-10 points
    4. 2nd Go is Worth-10 points
    5. Championship Round is Worth - 10 points
    6. Average is Worth-10 points
    7. You can earn 40 points at the State Finals per event.
    8. Team Events-When coming into the state finals, both team members points are added together.
    9. Top 4 in each event goes to Nationals10. In case of a tie, there will be a tie breaker - voted on by Board Fall 2017

JR HIGH STATE FINALS POINTS 2024

  1. 10 rodeos
    2. All of your All-Around Points Count
    3. 1st Go is Worth-10 points
    4. 2nd Go is Worth-10 points
    5. Championship Round is Worth - 10 points
    6. Average is Worth-10 points
    7. You can earn 40 points at the State Finals per event.
    8. Team Events-When coming into the state finals, both team members points are added together.

Example: Ribbon Roping-Joe 50 points/Jane 34 points, Now their points are 84 divided by 2 points. They can earn 10 points apiece so if they win the 1st go they receive 20 points as a team, but only 10 points goes towards their own All-Around.

9. Top 4 in each event goes to Nationals

10. In case of a tie, there will be a tie breaker - voted on by Board Fall 2017

Ground Rule Loops- First two rounds: Breakaway 1 loop, Team Roping 2 loops, Tie Down 1 loop, Ribbon Roping 1 loop (all 3 rounds per rule book).

Short Go - Breakaway 2 loop, Team Roping 3 loops, Tie Down 2 loop, Ribbon Roping 1 loop (all 3 rounds per rule book).

All Timed Events 30 seconds

AWARDS – The Awards will be handed out in the Pavilion after rodeo is over- as soon as the Secretary has all points tallied and checked.  

IF YOU DIDN’T GET ANY POINTS DURING THE SEASON/OR AT STATE FINALS YOU DO NOT QUILIFY FOR NATIONALS (EVEN IF THERE IS LESS THAN 4 IN YOUR EVENT).
